About us
Founded in 2021 in Dongguan, GOOGIO focused on a single field: two-component metering, mixing and dispensing equipment. We machine frames, tanks and pump assemblies in-house, allowing rapid design changes according to each material formulation.
Focus on one thing and make it stable
Many mechanical workshops make all kinds of machines. We choose to make a narrow group: 2-component metering equipment for silicone, epoxy and polyurethane. This focus allows deep process expertise — from selecting pumps based on viscosity, designing mixers according to pot life, to arranging the vacuum chamber to avoid foaming during pressure release.
Currently, our equipment operates in more than 50 countries, serving the electrical – electronics, medical, composite materials and new energy industries. Every machine leaving the factory undergoes a minimum 8-hour load test and is accepted together with the customer before packing.

What we do not compromise on
Precision first
No machine leaves the factory with a metering error exceeding ±0.5%. Every pump assembly is individually tested before being mounted on the frame.
Quality control from the start
Incoming material inspection, individual assembly testing, 8-hour no-load and load trial runs, and joint acceptance with the customer before packaging.
After-sales support
12-month warranty, lifetime technical support via WeChat/WhatsApp, consumable parts shipped within 48 hours.
Continuous improvement
Every fault report from customers is added to the design improvement list for the next production batch.
Transparent working
Contract in English; quotation itemizes each configuration line, acceptance criteria agreed before production.
Respect commitments
Delivery time is stated in the contract. If delayed due to our fault, we pay penalty as agreed.

From machining, electrical assembly to acceptance testing — all done at one location.
Assembly & electrical wiring area
Each machine is assembled by a dedicated team from start to finish, with a step-by-step tracking sheet. The electrical cabinet is wired according to the diagram, with full wire numbering so customer-side technicians can easily maintain it later.

Inspection & acceptance area
Before packing, the machine is run continuously with real material or simulated material of equivalent viscosity. Customers can perform acceptance directly at the factory or via video call with a fixed camera recording the entire process.

From a small workshop to 50 countries
2021 – Founded in Dongguan
Started with a 6-person team, focusing on semi-automatic AB dispensing machines for the domestic silicone industry.
2022 – Launched vacuum casting line
Completed the vacuum epoxy casting system, began supplying to electrical component factories.
2023 – Expansion into medical & composite
Developed medical silicone gel mixing machines and pultrusion resin injection machines; achieved CE certification.
2024 – LSR foaming line
Launched sheet and roll LSR silicone foaming lines, exported to Southeast Asia.
2025 – 3,000 m² factory
Moved to Guanghui Zhigu industrial park, doubling assembly capacity.
2026 – Serving the worldwide market
Opened a dedicated WeChat support channel and a website serving customers worldwide.
