I only have a product sample and don't know what material to use. Can you help?

Yes. Send us product samples along with requirements for hardness, operating temperature and usage environment. Engineers will recommend the suitable material type and corresponding machine configuration.

Can we see a trial run via video call?

Yes. We arrange video calls via WhatsApp with a fixed camera at the factory. You just need to send materials in advance or provide technical specifications so we can prepare the appropriate machine.

How are shipping costs and import duties to worldwide calculated?

We quote FOB Shenzhen or CIF to the destination port upon request. Import duties and VAT are borne by the buyer; we provide complete CO, CQ, packing list and invoice for customs clearance.

What happens if the machine breaks down during the warranty period?
