Low- and high-pressure pouring of polyurethane (PU) foam and liquid silicone foam. Covers memory-foam pillows, PU imitation-wood profiles, insulation-barrel filling, self-skinning armrests and steering wheels, foamed insoles, silent balls and boxing-glove bladders, with programmable shot weights and repeatable batches.
Precision potting and thermally conductive potting with two-component epoxy, polyurethane and silicone. Covers LED drivers, control boards, micro-inverters, smart water meters, on-board power modules, DC-DC converters, IGBT modules, motors and capacitors, plus thermal and foamed potting of EV battery modules; vacuum potting, volumetric dispensing and in-line degassing available.

Complete epoxy resin vacuum casting and potting systems. Used for dry-type transformers, 10–110 kV instrument transformers, capacitors, ignition coils, PV junction boxes and frames, and coils; vacuum degassing combined with automatic pressure gelation (APG) keeps bubbles and partial discharge low and batches consistent.

Metering and mixing of two-component epoxy doming resin, gel and footwear adhesives. Covers doming labels and stickers, crystal photo frames, crystal-porcelain art, epoxy river tables and artificial-water resin, PU gel sheets, gel mouse pads and ear-pad covers, silicone insoles and heel grips, PU oil packs for shoe uppers and KPU uppers; low flow rates with high accuracy and multi-colour dosing.
Pultrusion, winding and RTM injection for polyurethane and epoxy systems. Used for fibreglass and PU pultruded profiles, window and door profiles, cable trays and duct boxes, square and round tubes, PV frames and brackets, wound utility poles, wind-turbine blades and carbon-fibre composite core conductors; continuous injection with stable ratio, for two- and multi-component systems.
Precision metering, coating and centrifugal potting for medical silicone gel and polyurethane. Covers silicone gel scar sheets, adhesive bandages, dressings and tapes, PU foam dressings and medical gel positioning pads, plus centrifugal potting of hollow fibres in dialysis filters and oxygenators; low-pulsation metering with high shot repeatability, suitable for cleanrooms.
Custom solutions for unusual materials and cycle times: polyurethane elastomer casting (skate wheels and similar), polyurethane timing belts, microcapsule fire-suppression sheets and more. Optional vacuum degassing, heated tanks, multi-station layouts and robot integration — matched to your viscosity and output.
