1. Overview The automatic dispensing machine meters, mixes and dispenses two-component liquid adhesives (A/B) with precision. It handles silicone, epoxy, polyurethane and similar materials. A PLC and touchscreen control keep operation simple and production consistent, batch after batch.
2. Storage and Pre-treatment Parts A and B are stored separately in two SUS304 stainless steel tanks. Depending on the adhesive and process, the tanks can be heated (to lower viscosity and improve flow), stirred (to prevent settling and even out temperature) or vacuum degassed (for bubble removal and material storage).
3. Precision Metering Servo-driven imported precision gear pumps meter parts A and B accurately and feed them continuously, holding metering error to ≤±0.01 for a consistent mix ratio over time.
4. Uniform Mixing Static or dynamic mixing units are selected to suit the adhesive. The mixing gun head blends A and B thoroughly and evenly, with no local inconsistencies.
5. Automatic Dispensing Platform A fully automatic dispensing platform uses a three-axis robotic module to move the dispensing gun (travel X800×Y800 mm) for automatic point-to-point dispensing.
6. Control and Alarms A PLC controller and touchscreen HMI let operators set and adjust mix ratio and dispensing flow on screen. If a fault occurs, the machine alarms automatically and shows the cause in real time.
7. Auto Cleaning and Modular Options An 8L stainless steel cleaning agent tank supports three-stage, one-touch high-pressure automatic cleaning. Optional modules include vacuum degassing, tank and line heating, constant temperature control, stirring, level and pressure monitoring, and automatic refilling — all customized to your needs.
