The compact polyurethane foaming machine produces rigid, semi-rigid, flexible, integral-skin, high-resilience and slow-rebound polyurethane foam parts. It features PLC control and an intuitive touchscreen for easy operation, plus level monitoring, pressure monitoring, heating, agitation, automatic circulation and fault alarm functions. The metering system uses precision servo motors and imported precision metering pumps for high accuracy and stability over long continuous runs. A custom high-speed dynamic mixing head ensures uniform blending of components A and B.

- Automatic flushing: 8L stainless steel solvent tank with one-touch three-stage high-pressure flushing minimizes manual disassembly and cleaning.
- Monitoring and alarms: High-precision pressure sensors monitor in real time; abnormal pressure triggers an alarm and shows the cause on the touchscreen.
- Mobile industrial build: Baked-enamel steel frame with lockable casters for easy movement.
