⚙️ Core Working Principle
The machine's core lies in precise metering, uniform mixing, and quantitative dispensing.
Independent storage and feeding: Part A (base) and Part B (curing agent) are stored in separate containers to prevent premature curing. Feeding is driven by air pressure or precision pumps.
Precision metering: Gear, screw, or piston pumps independently control the output of Parts A and B to ensure an exact mix ratio. Gear pumps are a common choice for their compact design and constant flow.
Uniform mixing: The two components merge in a mixing tube at the outlet. Internal spiral elements continuously cut and recombine the fluid for even mixing. Static mixing uses disposable tubes at low cost; dynamic mixing is motor-driven for more thorough blending, ideal for high-viscosity or hard-to-mix adhesives.
