The PU gel layer in mattresses and pillows is made by mixing and dispensing two-component polyurethane, then curing it in the mold. The result is breathable, slow-rebound and pressure-distributing — which is why it is widely used in memory pillows, gel mattresses and seat cushions.

Parts A and B must be mixed in a strict ratio and poured into the mold to cure. Off-ratio metering or uneven mixing causes poor curing, hardness variation and surface bubbles, directly hurting product quality and appearance.
